Having worked closely over the years with Yarm School, one of the leading independent schools in the North East, we helped them develop new high quality facilities on their existing sites. LPS was appointed as quantity surveyor on the £20m project which included a 750-seat auditorium and performing arts centre, new teaching facilities, new dining hall and kitchen, all-weather sports pitch and expansion to the existing fitness suite. Planning permission was awarded in June 2009 and the project was completed in 2013.
