Project Management and Contract Administration

LPS provides full property-related project management services from project inception through to occupancy and beyond. Taking single-point responsibility for projects, we procure and manage design teams and specialist consultants on behalf of our clients. Our role is to ensure that projects are adequately resourced and managed appropriately throughout both the design and construction phases, and are delivered in accordance with the client's specific requirements, budgets and timescales.

Development Monitoring and Fund Advisor

LPS can provide expert assessments of development and project risks and we provide advice for funders on private finance initiatives and construction deals. We will also monitor the construction project on behalf of funders and can provide due diligence checking, alternative use options, written reports on progress, cost and quality, as well as impartial, independent advice on general property matters.

Building Surveying and Facilities Management

LPS provides traditional building surveying services including preparing condition surveys as well as specification writing for repair and refurbishment projects. We can also offer both contractual and practical advice on facilities management.
