Selby College
LPS was selected to manage the design and build of the third and final phase of the overall campus development which included the demolition of the 1950's buildings. The development comprised some 8,000m2 over three buildings providing general teaching space, administrative functions, hair and beauty salons, sports hall and refectory. Separate buildings were provided for engineering, construction and media. A unique design, the College remained functional during construction, with the new buildings surrounding a central landscaped courtyard area. The £27.2m project was completed in October 2010.
