  Following Hammerson's purchase of the Manor Walks shopping centre, LPS was appointed to manage the multi-million pound phased design and construction of mixed use development, together with associated infrastructure, roads and car parking. Key components include a food store, new retail shops, evening entertainment venues and community facilities.

• Northumberland College

  

  Appointed as project manager, LPS provided services to Northumberland College to prepare applications in principle for funding for developments at their Ashington, Kirkley Hall and Berwick sites. The projects required designs to be progressed to RIBA Stage C (outline proposals) and outline planning consent was required in order to obtain funding from the Learning & Skills Council.
